Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and uphold the quality of our service, our cancellation terms are as follows:

• More than 7 days prior to your event – Full refund of deposit.

• 4–7 days prior – 50% of the service fee is refunded.

• Less than 4 days prior – Full service fee is non-refundable.

Rescheduling is possible subject to availability, and we will always do our best to accommodate changes.

Safety & Handling

The Roaming Caviar Co. takes the utmost care in maintaining the integrity and safety of our product.

• Our caviar is kept at optimal temperature until service.

• Staff are trained in food handling and safe service practices.

• We travel with refrigeration to ensure freshness throughout your event.

• Where possible, access to on-site refrigeration and a small preparation area is appreciated for seamless service.
