We fell in love with caviar, not just for its taste, but for the way it sparks connection and conversation. We wanted to take that out of the traditional dining room and bring it directly to celebrations across Sydney in a way that feels interactive, elevated, and unforgettable.
Our roaming service pairs the finest Oscietra caviar with elegance and theatre. At our core, we are more than just caviar. We are about creating moments of pure indulgence - because it’s the little luxuries that make life extra special.

Each package includes premium Oscietra caviar, freshly toasted blinis, crème fraîche, garnishes (red onion and chives), serving utensils, napkins and our roaming caviar team to serve your guests.

Our packages start from 30 guests and scale up to 110. Events smaller than 30 guests will still have to book the Petite package.
For larger events, we’re happy to create bespoke packages tailored to your needs.

On average, guests enjoy 2–3 caviar blinis each (3g caviar per serve), but this can be tailored depending on the package and size of your event.

We recommend booking at least 6–8 weeks in advance, especially during peak event and wedding season.

We are based in Sydney but can travel Australia-wide for weddings and events. Additional fees will apply depending on the location.

Yes. While our packages are designed to keep things simple, we’re happy to work with you to tailor the caviar experience for your event.

We can provide gluten-free blinis or alternatives on request, just let us know when booking.

We bring our own refrigeration and setup, so no kitchen access is required. We do, however, require a preparation area with power access to set up before roaming.
That said, if the venue can provide small fridge space and a dedicated prep area, it always makes service even smoother.

Our team follows strict food safety standards to ensure your guests enjoy caviar at its finest. All caviar is stored and served under temperature-controlled conditions and staff are trained in safe food handling and hygiene practices.
We also carry full public liability insurance for your peace of mind.

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to your event are fully refundable. Within 7 days, we offer a 50% refund or the option to reschedule your booking to a future date.
Unfortunately, cancellations made within 4 days of the event are non-refundable, as our caviar and produce are sourced fresh to order.
